Selkirk Lighthouse, Port Ontario, NY ~ 2000

Selkirk Lighthouse sits at the opening of the Salmon River in Port Ontario, New York.  I found the light landlocked behind a boat launch and marina. The light was built in 1837, went out of service in the late 1800s as river siltation made the port impassable, then was relit in 1989. It is privately owned and open to guests.
