Rock Island Lighthouse ~ off Fisher's Landing, NY ~ 2000

Rock Island light is one of the most photographed lights on the St. Lawrence Seaway. Even though the river was rough this day, we got close enough to get a great shot of the island, which is near Fisher's Landing. This current light was built in 1882 to replace a keeper's house and light built in 1847. The island is open to the public.
