This is the basement workshop where John spent many hours crafting his gifts.
Like his father before him, John was especially handy at building cabinetry. He completely remodeled the kitchen and both bathrooms, and built a stereo and matching television stand for the living room.
Forget Home Depot! When John needed a shed, he built it himself. And he turned the garage into a summer screen room when he built these removable screen doors.

He made gun cabinets for both John (left) and Sue (right) to match the furniture in their house.
For his son, John's home, Dad created a three section entertainment center and constructed, from scratch, the cabinetry for their kitchen.
And for his children, Debra and Dennis, he built a toy chest that is still used by his great grandchildren.
