Just south of Quebec City, on the Chaudière River (Riviére Chaudière) and along the Jean-Lesage highway, lies a well developed park around the Chaudière falls. Miles of trails and a suspension walkway make the park a popular and pleasant afternoon trip. A power plant sits at the top of the falls.
