A long time favorite of students at SUNY Potsdam, this waterfall is located behind the college on Allens Falls Road. In the spring, the falls is a roaring rush of white water, but in the summer, it becomes a series of small chutes and calm pools. The amount of water over the falls is controlled by an upstream dam.
